AI tools for small business and multi-location teams
GCaliber builds AI automations, KPI dashboards, live sales scoreboards and lead follow-up that run on their own. Fixed prices, running costs listed before I start, and built by an operator who ran a 10-store, 100-person sales region.
Mike Gregory, founder. 15 years running sales teams and multi-store retail. Based in the Seattle area.

About
I've spent 15 years in telecom, broadband and multi-unit retail. I founded two sales companies, grew one to 50 locations and about 100 employees, and most recently ran a 10-store region with 100+ employees that ranked #1 in the nation two years in a row.
That region ran on tools I built myself with Claude: a dashboard that ranked every store and rep by 7:30 AM, a live scoreboard on every phone and store TV, a weekly report that caught missing paperwork, and a lead follow-up system that texted new leads within minutes.
GCaliber Technologies builds the same kind of tools for owners and managers who'd rather run their business than rebuild spreadsheets. I explain everything in plain English, and I'll tell you when something isn't worth automating.
FAQ
No. Most of the owners I work with aren't. I explain everything in plain English, build around the apps your team already uses, and hand off with a walkthrough video and a one-page cheat sheet.
Most tools cost $0 to $25 a month for hosting or AI usage, paid directly to the provider. I list every running cost in writing before I start, so nothing shows up later.
No. I never need your passwords. You connect your own accounts, and I walk you through each step.
You do, once it's paid for. It runs in your accounts, and you keep it whether or not you stay on a Care Plan.
Every build includes 14 days of fixes after hand-off. After that, the optional Care Plan ($80 to $100 a month) covers fixes, updates and new requests. Cancel anytime.
Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, web forms, CRMs, and exports from your POS or CRM. If it exports a file or connects to other apps, I can usually work with it.
Mostly Claude, Anthropic's AI, along with Google Apps Script and lightweight web apps. You don't need to know any of it to use what I build.
Starter builds take 2 to 7 days. Bigger systems take 2 to 3 weeks. You get the timeline in writing along with the price.
No. I'm based in the Seattle area and work with businesses anywhere in the US over video calls.
